Whether an artist, a collector, or browser, please take into account that all site content and artworks are copyright protected by Anu Oro ©. Intellectual property/images may not be downloaded, copied, sold, reproduced, or edited in any manner or form without express written permission from the Artist.
Use of the Site: You may use the site only in accordance with and subject to these Terms of Use and the Site's Privacy Policy. Once you complete and submit your registration you have opted-in to receive email communication from me. You may not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity of other activity, which infringes the rights of ANU ORO STUDIO or others.
These Terms of service are a legal agreement between you and ANU ORO STUDIO. Use of the site, subscribing to, and purchasing from AOS indicate that you are in agreement with all terms and policies related to the Artist/webpage. "You" means you individually, and if you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, that legal entity. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and, if you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you have the authority to bind such legal entity.
You agree that you shall not, and shall not instruct, permit, allow or induce any person, directly or indirectly:
Circumvent or manipulate the AOS fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to AOS.
Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the AOS site or any content.
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access AOS for any purpose without express written permission of the artist.
Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, the Artist (Anu Oro), or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
Post, email, transmit or otherwise make available to the AOS site or AOS contact routes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
Post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through to AOS any material that contains adware, malware, spyware , software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
“Stalk" or harass or harm any person, including the artist & associates.
The Site is controlled and offered by the Artist (Anu Oro), located in the United States of America and data related to the AOS is hosted in the United States. If you access or use the AOS site from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
MODIFICATIONS
ANU ORO STUDIO reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to change these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with these Terms and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of them.
NO AGENCY
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
Privacy Policy.
ANU ORO STUDIO is committed to protecting your personal privacy. This privacy policy outlines the type of information that is collected by ANU ORO STUDIO, including how I use and protect it. Please see below for information regarding my privacy policy:
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you purchase something from the AOS online store, as part of the buying/ selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse the store, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, I may send you emails about the AOS store, new artwork and other relevant updates.
No data provided to me is kept indefinitely. Your personal data is kept under review and deleted after a year’s period.
CUSTOMER CONSENT
When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery, I imply that you give me consent to collect the information and use it for that specific reason only.
If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing (i.e. email subscription), I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for me to contact you, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting: anuorostudio@gmail.com, unsubscribing (if applicable), or using this contact form: contact artist.
DISCLOSURE
I may disclose your personal information if I am required by law to do so or if you violate the AOS Terms of Service. Your information will never be sold, rented or traded to a third-party.
SQUARESPACE
The AOS store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
PAYMENTS
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers. For more insight, you may also want to read Squarespace’s Terms of Service and/or Privacy Statement.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information I am required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which these providers will handle your personal information.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
Once you leave my store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or my website’s Terms of Service. When you click on links in my store, they may direct you away from the official AOS site. SECURITY
To protect your personal information, I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide me with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, I follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Refunds.
Due to the nature of the works, all sales are final. Returns & exchanges are also not permitted.
Refunds (full or partial) will only be provided for severely damaged paintings/prints or works lost in transit.
Evidence of damage must be reported within 48 hours of package receipt. Irreparably damaged paintings may be returned by the purchaser, who assumes responsibility for return shipping fees. Post-receipt of the package by the artist, a refund will be processed.
Replacements are applicable to print works only, if damaged or lost in transit.
In the case of lost work, a claim will be filed. Adequate time will be allotted to determine if the work can be located. When the investigation has been finalized, a reasonable solution (i.e. refund or replacement) will be ascertained.
