  • Premium Archival Matte Paper is smooth + neutral-white. This is a high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, & open-edition decor selection. The paper is acid-free & heavyweight (230 gsm) for a longer print life. All printed images use archival pigment inks that resist fingerprints & smudging.

  • All prints are shipped with a certificate of authenticity & are signed + numbered by the artist.

• Stretched Paintings:

  • Stretched paintings are shipped in foam-lined Masterpak or AirFloat Strong Boxes for maximum protection.

• Unstretched Paintings:

  • Larger paintings (larger than 26” x 36”) may be sent un-stretched unless other has been requested by the purchaser. Shipping unstretched allows the work to be sent in a tube for economical purposes.

    • Works may be stretched or framed at one’s local framing services.

• Unframed Prints:

  • Unframed prints sizes 8” x 10” & 11” x 14” are shipped within flat rigid envelopes.

  • Unframed prints size 16” x 20” + larger are shipped within sturdy shipping tubes.

• Framed Prints:

  • Framed prints 8” x 10” are shipped within customized Anu Oro | Studio mailer boxes.

• Any listed shipping fees are flat rate to ensure that your work reaches you well packaged, insured & in prime condition.

• Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees:

  • The end customer is responsible for paying any taxes, fees, or duties levied by the destination country. These must be paid in order to have the shipment released from customs & delivered. Anu Oro | Studio cannot undervalue any costs of the works that are shipped, as this is against the law.

  • The studio/artist has no control over these charges; customs policies & import duties vary widely from country to country. Kindly note that if customs charges are not paid upon receiving your order, the shipment will be returned to the sender.

• Keep artworks out of direct sunlight & consider the potentially adverse effects of fluorescent bulbs. ​​

  • Heavy exposure to direct sunlight can speed fading or damage a work over time.

  • Bulbs with high levels of UV can contribute to the fading or degradation of artwork.

  • To extend a print's longevity it is recommended that it be framed within glass, plastic, or glazing that has UV inhibitors.

• Handle the works with white cotton or powder-free nitrile gloves when installing or moving. This is to avoid the transfer of fingerprints, oils, or dirt.

• Avoid leaning anything against the surface of a canvas as the fabric can be torn or punctured if mishandled. Leaning anything on the work can also lead to the paint being cracked or marred.

• Dust your artworks with a clean, soft rag to prevent debris buildup.

• Refrain from cleaning art with cleaning products or water.

• Protect your work from extreme changes in atmosphere (i.e. excessive dryness, humidity, heat, cold, etc.). This can cause the work to experience undue changes or damage.

• Stretching:

  • It is strongly recommended that un-stretched canvases purchased from Anu Oro | Studio must be stretched or framed professionally, as to protect the artwork from undue damage.

• What does it mean to stretch a canvas?

  • Stretching canvases require evenly pulling a canvas around assembled wooden stretcher bars. The bars give the work shape & stability so that it may be displayed.

• Canvas framing:

  • Framing can enhance the appearance of canvas artwork, depending on the preference of the collector. It can also protect the painting from damage, make hanging easier, & draw more attention to the work itself.
